    UNIVERSAL BALANCER SERIES 97B50 is a vertical  type of equipment .
    The machines of the 9B series were designed to meet the needs of small-scale and single-unit production, however, due to their versatility and productivity, they have also been widely used in various repair shops.

    All machines of this series have a high accuracy of determining imbalance – 4 g ∙ mm / kg, (by special order 1 g ∙ mm / kg can be made). This accuracy is a combination of many factors, including the merit of machine design features:

    DESIGN FEATURES

    The vertical balancing machine 97b50 has a high accuracy of determining the imbalance. All machines are manufactured with an accuracy of at least 4 g ∙ mm / kg (1.0 g ∙ mm / kg by special order). The popularity of machines in this series is due to:

    Common features

    1. We  assemble Special spindle design using unique technology as well as the use of high-quality bearings of high accuracy.
    2. Machines can have both round and conical spindle seating, which allows to achieve a high degree of alignment of the mandrel and spindle.
    3. We make Adapter on high-precision equipment, so you can balance the product more accurately.
    4. We can equip the machine with a collet clamp part with a pneumatic or manual clamp, or even, surprisingly, a pneumatic chuck.
    5. Furthermore, we can make any you need.
    6. Rigid machine design prevents vibration loss when measuring imbalance.
    7. All machines are equipped with protective covers and comply with all modern safety standards, including both CE and EAAC.
    8. High-precision sensors can even sense microvibration outgoing from the rotor.

    Advanced features

    1. Machine bed has high rigidity, which allows to balance the rotor with a large initial imbalance, without the risk of destruction of machine components. This allows to speed up the balancing process by 2 times.
    2. The vertical balancing machine 97b50 can operate in a “semi-automatic” mode, and after the measurement cycle is completed, the spindle rotation will turn off automatically (without human intervention). This will allow the operator to perform auxiliary operations in parallel with balancing, for example, to prepare the next part or test loads.
    3. To increase productivity and simplify the process of removing imbalances, we can additionally equip the vertical balancing machine 97b50 with “drilling module” or “milling module”.
    4. Also, the machine can be equipped with both the PB-02M microprocessor system and the PAK-1V system based on an industrial PC.
    5. Computing unit The balancing system PB-02М is built on the basis of modern microprocessor technology and has a closed enclosure. That allows operating in adverse conditions, such as dustiness of rooms or low temperatures (up to -2 ° С).
    6. The presence of a remotely working service center allows you to quickly carry out user consultations on solving certain balancing problems.

    BALANCING SYSTEMS’ FUNCTIONS

    Both balancing systems have intuitive controls. Well-thought-out interface with many tips and diagrams, simplifying the perception of information, allows you to quickly master the control of the machine and get started. 

    Balancing systems operate in “real time” mode. Calculations of signals from machine sensors are displayed on the screen every second. That allows you to track the behavior of the imbalance when changing the balancing conditions, making the data analysis process much easier. 

    Applying the method of adjusting the balancing system using the “three starts” method, the equipment always has high sensitivity since the machine is calibrated every time a new setting is made. 

    The balancing system PB-02M has such functions as:

    • machine takes into account the eccentricity of the equipment;
    • it also averages vector imbalance. 

    In addition, it has the modes:

    • “calculating the imbalance on structurally determined points”;
    • “calculating the control weights and the permissible residual unbalance”. 

    To increase the functionality of the machine, it is possible to order its performance with the PAK-1V balancing system, which operates on the basis of an industrial computer with a touch screen and has such functions as:

    • “imbalance averaging”;
    • “automatic application of vector imbalance averaging”;
    • “accounting for tool eccentricity”;
    • “calculation imbalance by structurally determined points ”;
    • “of the imbalance on additional correction planes ”;
    • “calculation of drilling depth ”;
    • “harmonic analysis of vibration level ”;
    • “calculation of control weights and permissible residual imbalance ”;

    BALANCING MEASURING SOFTWARE 
    “PAK-VERT”

    Digital system is based on an industrial fanless computer with both a touch screen and a measuring unit.

    Set-up mode by “triple start-ups” method with the use of calibration weights on the serial rotors with initial unbalance.

    The operator calibrates the machine, enabling to reach the maximum sensitivity of the machine, thus exempting from the duty to pay annual calibration fees.

    • Calculation of the balance tolerance values, are obviously, recorded in technical documentation for the balancing product.
    • In addition, the software makes value calculation of the correction test weights to simplify the tuning process for the balancing rotor.
    • Real-time balancing display, i.e. if there is any defect or a hindrance of a rotor, it’s visible immediately as fluctuation in measurement result.
    • You can view the unbalance value both in g, gmm, gsm and gmm / kg optionally.
    • We took into account the eccentricity of the balancing mandrel, when designed “PAK-VERT”.
    • You can see unbalance distribution on n correction planes.
    • Software calculates the hole depth for correction of unbalance.
    • Possibility of decomposition of correcting weights into structurally conditioned anchoring points (blades, fans, slots).
    • Rotor balancing report creating and printing.
    • USB port for printer connection, USB-flash memory, port for connecting to local network as well as Ethernet network.
