UNIVERSAL BALANCER 9K718 is a soft bearing type of equipment.

The machine has high accuracy (0,4 gmm \ kg). Accuracy is achieved due to the special design of the spindle and the rig of the machine, as well as a reliable balancing system, PAK-1, which has a high degree of noise immunity. Ease of control allows you to quickly learn how to work on the machine and get to work as soon as possible. When designing the machine, high demands were placed on the functionality and versatility of each node, this made it possible to install absolutely any driveshaft on the machine with a minimum of time.

DESIGN FEATURES

SOFT-BEARING BALANCING MACHINE 9K718 FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROTORS

Balancing inboard and outboard rotors of various designs and types (e.g. electric motor anchors, turbines, drums).

Balancing of parts that do not have their own bearing surfaces on special mandrels (e.g. discs, fans, pumps). Also, in its own bearings.

SOFT-BEARING BALANCER FEATURES:

Basically, 2 rollers diameters are provided for each cassette to reduce interference when the roller diameter coincides with the journal diameter.

Jacks for smooth installation and removal of the rotor from the supports provide both protection of the soft-bearing balancing machine ‘s 9K718 mechanisms against rotor impacts, create convenience and safety during operation.

PAK-1 BALANCING SYSTEM

Firstly, digital system is based on an industrial fanless computer with a touch screen and a measuring unit.
More over, setting up of the machine is performed by the 3 start-ups method with the use of calibration weights on the serial.
Calibration of the machine is made by the operator that allows to both get the maximum sensitivity of the machine, and indemnify against annual payment for services in calibration of the machine.
Furthermore, value calculation of permissible imbalances in the absence of technical documentation for the balancing product.
Value calculation of mass and correction weight are required for simplicity process when setting up the machine at the new rotor.
Real time display: any defect of a rotor or hindrance, during the balancing process, is visible immediately as oscillation of measurement result.
