9K balancing machines: precision and power without compromise.
9K series balancing machines are highly versatile, so they are popular in the repair shops of gas, oil, power, metallurgical, and airline companies. Also machines of this series have a high accuracy (0,4 g*mm / kg), which makes them indispensable for balancing heavy parts with high demands on vibration.
The 9K machines consist of a bed, an electric drive, two vibration mounts with self-aligning roller blocks and resonant type pendulum suspensions, as well as “axial stops” when using a “belt drive”.
It is controlled by a “control panel” which is located in a separate electrical cabinet. The electrical cabinet also contains a “frequency converter” that allows smooth adjustment of the motor speed and protects the machine’s electrical equipment. The rotary motion from the motor to the workpiece can be transmitted by means of a belt “belt drive” or a cardan gear “axial drive”. The machine can be equipped with any or both of these drives, which will increase its functionality and reliability.
The 9K series machines balance these types of parts :
- Inter-supported (load is distributed on both supports);
- Single plane “disk” type (using a balancing mandrel);
- Parts in their own bearings;
- Cantilevered (option) ( the center of mass of the part is behind the supports).
The vibration level is determined by analyzing the signals from the vibration sensors located in the supports and the speed sensor which reads the rotor speed. The analysis is performed by the computing unit of the balancing system, which is located in the control cabinet. The balancing system is selected when ordering the machine. There are two ready variants: PB-02M based on modern microprocessor technology and PAK-1 hardware-software complex with industrial computer with touch screen. The balancing system can also be made to individual order, giving it any functions and properties for work.
