UNIVERSAL BALANCER SERIES 9D is a hard bearing type of equipment .
The machine has high accuracy (0,4 gmm \ kg). Accuracy is achieved due to the special design of the spindle and the rig of the machine, as well as a reliable balancing system, PAK-1, which has a high degree of noise immunity. Ease of control allows you to quickly learn how to work on the machine and get to work as soon as possible. When designing the machine, high demands were placed on the functionality and versatility of each node, this made it possible to install absolutely any driveshaft on the machine with a minimum of time.

The width of the support rollers and roller cartridges allows the rotor to be installed with a very short length. Highly located “roller cassettes” allow you to create products with different overall dimensions, and the modular design allows you to increase the standard dimensions of the machine due to spacers and accessories.

The support has the ability to adjust the “roller block” in height, this allows you to balance the rotor with different diameters of the support journals, and also allows you to center the rotor when setting up the machine.

PAK-1 BALANCING SYSTEM

Digital system is based on an industrial fanless computer with a touch screen and a measuring unit.

Set-up mode by “triple start-ups” method with the use of calibration weights on the serial rotors with initial unbalance.

Calibration of the machine is made by the operator enabling to reach the maximum sensitivity of the machine, thus exempting from the duty to pay annual calibration fees.

  • Calculation of the balance tolerance values in default of technical documentation for the balancing product.
  • Value calculation of the correction test weights to simplify the tuning process for the balancing rotor.
  • Real-time balancing display, i.e. if there is any defect or a hindrance of a rotor, it’s visible immediately as fluctuation in measurement result.
  • View of unbalance value in grams, gmm, gsm, gmm / kg optionally.
  • Taking into account the eccentricity of the balancing mandrel.
  • Unbalance distribution on n-planes correction
  • Calculation of hole depth for correction of unbalance.
  • Possibility of decomposition of correcting weights into structurally conditioned anchoring points (blades, fans, slots).
  • Rotor balancing report creating and printing.
  • USB port for printer connection, USB-flash memory, port for connecting to local network and Ethernet network.
