The balancing device is so simple and convenient in operation that the user needs only three hours of training in order to start a confident operation.
The use of microprocessor electronics in combination with a membrane keyboard provides exceptional reliability and operability in production conditions of any kind – dust, moisture, cold, heat, work with dirty hands.
The graphical method of displaying the unbalance vector in the process of balancing simplifies the visual definition of the place for adding / removing the correcting mass (it is especially common for operators working with a stroboscopic system).
The information is displayed on a liquid crystal graphic display with a viewing angle of 150 degrees and a wide operating temperature range
Step-by-step text prompts greatly reduce the likelihood of errors in the operator’s actions.
Internal memory capacity is increased and allows storing up to 1000 reports on the performed balancing with subsequent output to the PC for printing reports.
Settings for the previously balanced rotors are stored in the device memory, which reduces machine’s readjustment time. Storing up to 100 last measurement results allows analyzing and controling the balancing process
