    Lightweight balancing machine 9A712 is used to balance rotors of various designs, the mass of which does not exceed 10 kg. The high sensitivity of the machine allows you to work with unbalances of very small magnitudes.

    The main advantage of this machine is its unbalance detection accuracy and high productivity. Due to the simplicity of design and reliability, it can be used in single or small-scale production.

    All machines of this series have a high accuracy of determining imbalance – 0.4 g ∙ mm / kg, (by special order 0.1 g ∙ mm / kg can be made). This accuracy is a combination of many factors, including the merit of machine design features:

    Special features of this machine include very narrow supports (42 mm support width), which allows balancing of complex configuration parts such as crankshafts of cars, ship and railway turbochargers, turbochargers of cogeneration plants, etc. At the same time, these machines can be used for other simpler parts in terms of configuration such as electric motor rotors, all sorts of fans. This machine is also often used for balancing wood-cutting tools during their production.

    DESIGN FEATURES

    1. Lightweight balancing machine 9A712 is equipped with high-precision rollers. We also supply prisms with pads made of antifriction material, which allow achieving excellent balancing results on light parts.
    2. Rigid support structure of the pre-resonance type machine is most convenient, particularly, for small rotors.
    3. If the customer prefers resonant bearings, then the machine can be equipped with them, by special order.
    4. The design of the belt drive allows you to achieve a high degree of repeatability of the belt tension, which plays a big role when reinstalling the rotor. What’s more, the belt drive has a micro-setting, which allows you to adjust the tension of the belt.
    5. The design of the supports provides good access to the “support rollers”, this allows to reinstall the rotor quickly. Also, it allows you to quickly replace the roller unit with a unit with prisms. That significantly reduces the time of readjustment.

    1. The special design of the machine allows you to balance the rotor with a small distance between support necks of the rotor. To point out, the only limitation is width of the “drive belt”.
    2. In addition, the machine has a frequency-controlled asynchronous electric drive with a powerful electric motor. Use of a frequency converter provides both stepless regulation of the rotor speed, its smooth acceleration and braking.
    3. Supports of the machines have the ability to adjust height, which allows you to balance the rotor with different diameters of support necks and also helps to center the part when setting up the machine.
    4. The lightweight balancing machine 9A712 basically does not require a special foundation and can be installed on a regular concrete floor.
    5. This particularly machine series is equipped with end stops of the rotor.
    6. The machine can be equipped with both the PB-02M microprocessor system and the PAK-1 system on the base.
