Balancing machine 9A710 is a universal equipment of resonance type designed for high-precision balancing of parts weighing up to 3 kg.
For 20 years of production the design of the machine has not changed, which indicates the reliability of each node. The equipment is popular in workshops for repair of power tools, household appliances and at production facilities producing products with small rotors or electric motors.
The main feature of the machine is its accuracy of unbalance detection (0.4 gmm/kg, on special order – 0.1 gmm/kg), as well as its high versatility. The machine can be used to balance a rotor of any design as long as the dimensions do not exceed the permissible values. The equipment has a horizontal axis of rotation, which allows balancing not only inter-supported rotors, but also cantilever parts, most of the mass of which is concentrated on one side. Also, by using balancing mandrels, you can work with single plane “disk” type parts that do not have their own journals for mounting.
Conclusion: The machine can be used to balance rotors of small motors and generators, shafts of various mechanisms, impeller fans, impellers of pumps and blowers, as well as precision machine tools and rotating elements of drives.
The machine design provides high versatility: monolithic housing bed, movable narrow legs with 4 mm prisms and a special belt drive, most of which is in the housing bed, for optimum utilization of the working space. This makes it possible to balance workpieces with journals up to 4 mm apart.
The machine is also equipped with a separate electrical cabinet, including a control panel and frequency converter for smooth adjustment of the rotational speed of the parts during balancing, as well as reliable protection of the electrical components and systems of the machine. A remote foot pedal is also provided to control the drive for easy setup.
