    THE PRIMARY CORE BALANCER DBST-10 is a special hard bearing type of equipment.

    The stand is used for a low-speed turbocharger cartridges balancing  and is also used to check the assembled turbocharger for an oil leak. Also, machine was designed for a core balancing  of internal combustion engines in their own middle housing in order to eliminate the technological unbalance that has arisen during assembly

    Mainly used to eliminate the “technological” imbalance that occurs during the assembly of a turbocompressor cartridge. The presence of a hydraulic system with oil heating allows to simulate specific conditions during balancing and make sure if oil leakage is occurred.

    Rotation of the shaft on the stand is provided by the air system of the machine.

    Stand has a high accuracy of determining the imbalance of the rotor (0.4 g ∙ mm / kg).

    Design features of the core balancer DBST-10

    • The design of core balancer DBST-10 allows to connect cartridges of all types and all manufacturers to the hydraulic system of the machine using equipment supplied with the machine. The adapter for turbines with bottom oil supply, such as T5 VW TOUAREG 2,5 TDI, is included in a standard set.
    • Installation of the turbocharger casing on the mounting surfaces of the bearing housing with oil supply in journal bearings under operating pressure and temperature.
    • Free-standing oil tank 18 liters, no refilling of oil is required.
    • 3-stage system of oil filtration allows to eliminate an unbalance directly on the machine by portable grinders. This procedure does not require to move the turbine cartridge from the machine.
    • Heating of oil up to 65 °C that allows to use inexpensive semi-synthetic brands.
    • Adapters to accelerate the turbine to the operating speed is specifically designed for ease of manufacture in a repair shop, and maximally unified.
    • All electrical equipment of industrial performance, is located in a cabinet of the core balancer DBST-10.

    BALANCING SYSTEM PB-02М FEATURES

    Balancing system  equipped with modern microprocessor base with the graphic interface.

    Setup is made by 3 start method with use of calibration weight on serial rotors with initial unbalance.

    Machine calibration is made by the operator that allows to get machine’s maximum sensitivity and releases from  annual expenses on machine calibration.

    • Disbalance vector shows in graphic way.
    • Balancing display is in real time: if there is any defect of a rotor or a interference, you will see it as fluctuation of measurement result at once.

    Non-volatile memory:

    • 20 pre-adjustments of rotors;
    • 100 results of measurements
    • 1000 balancing reports.
    • It is possible to place the correcting weights on structurally conditioned anchorage points (buckets, blades, slots).
    • Control of rotation speed.
    • Balancing reports creation for further viewing or analysis
