FEATURES COMMON TO ALL MACHINES
Software and hardware balancing complex on the basis of a personal computer is designed to work as a part of both hard-bearing balancing machines with adjustment to the geometric dimensions of the rotor, and to work with soft-bearing machines with adjustment by the three start-ups method.
PAK-1 balancing system is built on the basis of an industrial fanless computer with an active sensor TFT monitor, running a licensed Windows OS.
PAK-1 system is two-plane with the possibility of static (single-plane) balancing in a dynamic mode. The setting is carried out by the three start-ups method.
The industrial computer is protected by a fail-safe power supply.
USB port for connecting a laser printer, flash-USB memory, a port for connecting to a local network and an Ethernet network make the process of processing balancing results more convenient.
The system’s software allows adjustment of the machine on a series of rotors with initial unbalance, which eliminates the waste of time for the producting a reference rotor and conditional balancing.
Step-by-step text hints make it easy to set up and work with the system, allow you to spend a minimum of time learning and start a confident operation.
In addition to performing all functions inherent to the PB-02M balancing device, the PAK-1 system has a number of significant additions.
Automatic turn of the workpiece to the corrective mass installation or removal part.
Calculation of the individual permissible masses values and control weights necessary to adjust the balancing complex to a new rotor.
Distribution of unbalance to several correction planes.
Distribution of unbalance to the fixed points using fixed-mass weights.
Creation and printing of reports on performed rotor balancing
Consists of a measuring unit, a personal computer and an engine control unit based on a frequency converter.

SPECIAL BALANCING SYSTEM PAK-SBR

  • Displaying of imbalance measurement in real time (during rotation) – prevents possible collapse of the turbine during test.
